At our company, we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis, evaluating each situation individually.
We offer exchanges or refunds under the following circumstances only:
- Faulty item (excluding any damage caused by the customer).
- Products misdescribed by us, as determined at our discretion.
Please note that we do not provide exchanges or refunds for any other reasons. Returns or exchanges for sale or discounted
items are not accepted unless there is a fault present.
Our opals are sold as depicted in photos and videos. We advise thorough inspection before purchase, as we do not offer
exchanges or refunds based on faults, blemishes, minor cracks, or discrepancies not visible to you initially.
Opals with cracks, such as some boulder opals, are sold as-is and are not covered by our lifetime guarantee for natural
cracks. These opals are considered stable for sale, often at a discounted price.
We are not liable for any breakages, cracks, or damage to opals during handling in transit or during jewelry work.
All items must be returned in their original condition, in the original packaging, and untouched. Customers are responsible for
the product's care while in their possession. If a product is damaged and returned, a refund or exchange may not be granted.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Our website provides detailed photos, videos, weight, and measurements to
assist customers in making informed decisions.
Returned items must reach us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Items returned beyond this period will not
be accepted.
For refunds or exchanges, evidence of the faulty product or misdescription must be provided. After receiving and inspecting
the product, we will determine its eligibility for a refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for delivery costs, import duties, taxes, or other applicable fees. We recommend using registered
post with tracking to prevent parcel loss.While we ensure secure packaging for transit, we are not liable for any damage or loss post-delivery. Our insurance covers
theft or breakage until delivery, not after. Please ensure a safe delivery location.
To cancel an order pre-dispatch, contact us immediately. Refunds cannot be provided after shipping. Contact us before
shipping return parcels.
